WooCommerce: Tax, Profit and Stock
Connect your WooCommerce store and stop rebuilding your numbers by hand: see what you really earn, after advertising, payment fees and shipping.
Your ecommerce store sells. ZonWizard tells you what you earn.
With WooCommerce, orders, payments and ad spend live in different places. ZonWizard brings them together and shows the real profit of every product and market, with no spreadsheets to keep up to date.
Real profit by product
See at a glance which items in your catalog make you money and which don't, country by country.
Advertising that pays for itself
Connect Google Ads and Meta Ads and find out whether the campaigns driving traffic to your ecommerce store also drive profit.
Payment fees included
Fees from Stripe, PayPal and other payment providers are picked up order by order and deducted from your margin.
One inventory for your ecommerce store and Amazon
Same SKU, same product: stock goes down with orders from both channels, so you never sell the same item twice.

WooCommerce shows you what you sell. ZonWizard shows you what you earn.
WooCommerce doesn't account for advertising and fees, or prepare your OSS return. ZonWizard puts your profit, VAT and stock shared with Amazon in order.
Your ecommerce store's real profit, already net of your campaigns
To bring customers to your ecommerce store you pay for Google and Meta campaigns, and every order carries payment fees, shipping and refunds. By connecting WooCommerce, Google Ads and Meta Ads, ZonWizard gives you a complete view of your real profit, with ad spend already deducted.

Your ecommerce store's VAT, ready for your accountant
On your ecommerce store no marketplace remits VAT for you: WooCommerce calculates it at checkout with the rates you have configured, but declaring and remitting it is up to you. ZonWizard reads the rates set in WooCommerce, including reduced ones, or lets you set them directly. It then checks the rate on every sale, country by country, records your daily takings and prepares reports ready for your accountant.
Explore the Accounting ToolOSS threshold: ZonWizard adds up all your channels and alerts you before you cross it
Sales to private customers in other EU countries have an annual threshold of €10,000: above it, you must charge the VAT of the customer's country and declare it through OSS. The threshold is calculated on the total of all your channels, not just WooCommerce. ZonWizard adds up sales from your ecommerce store, Amazon and other marketplaces, alerts you as you approach €10,000 and generates a single OSS report.
Explore the Accounting ToolSame product, two stores, one stock level
If the same item is for sale on WooCommerce and Amazon, a spike on one channel can leave you out of stock on the other. ZonWizard merges your products into a single inventory, deducts stock for orders on both channels and bases reorders on your combined sales velocity.

In ZonWizard your WooCommerce data doesn't live in a silo: it is aggregated with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay and PrestaShop using the same logic. Analyze your business as a whole and, with a single filter, isolate any channel to compare its margins and performance.

Who remits VAT on WooCommerce sales?
VAT is paid by your customer, because it is included in the sale price, but remitting it to the tax authority is up to you. WooCommerce is your store's software, not a marketplace: it calculates VAT at checkout with the rates you configure, but it does not declare or remit it on your behalf. ZonWizard checks the rate on every order and prepares the reports for your returns.
