Il est bien connu qu\u2019avec l\u2019approche &#8220;customer-first&#8221; d\u2019Amazon, les vendeurs ont souvent peu de contr\u00f4le (voire aucun) sur ces probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1180\">D\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019intervenir rapidement et avec une bonne proactivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1241\">Pourquoi les retours d\u2019achats en ligne augmentent-ils ?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1491\">Pour comprendre l\u2019\u00e9volution du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, partons des chiffres.
