Con esta innovaci\u00f3n, el marketplace <strong>emitir\u00e1 de forma proactiva los reembolsos<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del informe disponible en Seller Central tan pronto como un art\u00edculo sea reportado como perdido. De esta manera, se elimina la necesidad de b\u00fasquedas manuales y de presentar solicitudes expl\u00edcitas de reembolso por parte del vendedor.<\/p>\n<p>Evidentemente, esta novedad permitir\u00e1 a los vendedores ahorrar tiempo y dinero. Sin embargo, ser\u00e1 necesario comprender con mayor claridad cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 la funcionalidad y confiabilidad real del nuevo sistema. La reestructuraci\u00f3n de los t\u00e9rminos deber\u00eda agilizar el proceso y garantizar resoluciones oportunas.<\/p>\n<p>Intentemos resumir cu\u00e1les son las principales directrices en este sentido:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Art\u00edculos perdidos o da\u00f1ados en los centros de empaquetado:<\/strong> los vendedores tienen 60 d\u00edas para presentar reclamaciones manuales desde el momento en que el art\u00edculo se perdi\u00f3 o se da\u00f1\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Devoluciones de clientes de FBA:<\/strong> los vendedores pueden presentar las reclamaciones entre los 60 y 120 d\u00edas posteriores a la fecha del reembolso. El margen de tiempo para la resoluci\u00f3n del problema se ampl\u00eda. La solicitud de compensaci\u00f3n no debe enviarse antes de los 60 d\u00edas, asegurando as\u00ed que el cliente tenga tiempo para devolver el art\u00edculo para su procesamiento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reclamaciones por art\u00edculos perdidos durante el transporte:<\/strong> se establece un per\u00edodo de tolerancia de 15 d\u00edas para la entrega del env\u00edo.
