Le unit\u00e0 mancanti sono divise per tipologia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Persi<\/strong> (nella logistica di Amazon)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Danneggiati<\/strong> (dalla logistica di Amazon)<\/li>\n<li><strong>In Entrata<\/strong> (dalle spedizioni in entrata verso i magazzini FBA)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non resi<\/strong> (dai clienti che hanno avuto un rimborso)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La colonna &#8220;Rimborsabile&#8221; fornisce una<strong> stima di riferimento<\/strong> dell&#8217;importo che Amazon dovrebbe rimborsare per la totalit\u00e0 delle unit\u00e0 mancanti. L&#8217;importo viene stimato sulla base dell&#8217;ultimo prezzo di vendita se disponibile o in alternativa sul costo di acquisto del prodotto indicato dall&#8217;utente nel tool Profitto.<\/p>\n<p>Nella colonna &#8220;Azioni&#8221; Amazon propone delle opzioni di risoluzione rapida che variano in base alla tipologia dei prodotti mancanti.<\/p>\n<p>La procedura fornisce indicazioni di quali opzioni selezionare per arrivare alla cliccando sul cestino si pu\u00f2 eliminare un caso che \u00e8 stato aperto per errore o in modo non corretto. Facendo questa azione ZonWizard torna allo stato precedente come se il caso non fosse mai stato creato.<\/p>\n<h3>Chiudere un caso<\/h3>\n<p>Il software monitora i rimborsi ricevuti successivamente all&#8217;apertura del caso e se si ottiene un rimborso per tutti i prodotti presenti all&#8217;interno della richiesta il caso viene chiuso dal sistema in modo automatico.<\/p>\n<p>In alternativa l&#8217;utente pu\u00f2 decidere, valutando le risposte ottenute dal supporto Amazon, di voler chiudere un caso prima di aver ricevuto rimborso per tutte le unit\u00e0 richieste. Questa azione si effettua cliccando sulla X e in questo modo il caso viene chiuso e tutti i prodotti presenti nella richiesta vengono considerati non pi\u00f9 mancanti.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>E&#8217; possibile aprire un solo caso per prodotto per tipologia (persi, danneggiati, non resi).
